Celebrity Kim Kardashian is sitting in a Los Angeles intensive care unit after being beaten within an inch of her life outside a restaurant Friday night. Some witnesses say they overheard Kim telling Kanye West about an std she had recently acquired. She is said to be released no later than next Friday from the ICU but no promises are being made.
