Speaking on the issue with DJ Murphy Lee on Storm 101.9Fm’s showbiz extra, the actress/ director, pin pointed out that, the Kumawood movies on YouTube are gradually derailing the movie industry.

“DJ MURPHY: When you go to youtube,”YELLOW CECE” which was produced by you is there but the movie producers says they know nothing about it, what are you doing about it?
NANA AMA: It is true. it’s very hard to control such shabby attitude in Ghana. YouTube is like a park. You need to up-load first. But its a very bad attitude by some Ghanaians. Will you believe I have so many programs which people come, video and upload them on youtube without my knowledge. It shouldn’t be so. But if you have an evidence which shows it belongs to you, you can prove to youtube.
DJ MURPHY: Do you get profit when your movies are uploaded on youtube?
NANA AMA: No ! we get profit when we upload them ourselves.
DJ MURPHY: What are your final words before we take leave of you?
NANA AMA: what I want 2 say is, I indulge everyone to go all movie shops especially Paykus Ventures in Sunyan from Monday 22 Dec, to purchase my new movie..”ADUANA BA”..Nana wusu can testify that, movies from me are always the best. it’s a part 1 to 3 movie”.
