Hiplife guru X-Doe has advised Shatta Wale to desist from the bad attitude he is portraying in public.
According
to him, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr., popularly known as Shatta Wale's
negative outlook in the public will someday divide his fan base and
cause many people to lose interest in his type of music.
Speaking
in an interview with Mark Okraku Mantey on the “E-Punch” show on Hitz
Fm, the artist said his [Shata Wale's] attitude could compel disk
jockeys (DJs) to desist from playing his music because they might see
him as a bad influence on people who love his music.
Citing his
musical life as an example, X-Doe said despite the fact that his songs
came with clean and meaningful lyrics, his rowdy personality drew people
away from him and he lost many of his fans.
This, he said,
dwindled his finances because most people stopped calling on him to
perform at shows and other cooperate functions.
He said Shatta Wale should change his attitude or be ready to deal with the many image damaging issues which may arise from it.
